To deliver your organic personal care orders directly to your address and keep you informed of delivery milestones, we collect only necessary fulfillment information:
- Contact Details: Full name, 10-digit mobile phone number, and email address.
- Delivery Information: Doorstep shipping address, city, state, and 6-digit postal PIN code.
- Transactional Records: Order numbers, items purchased, invoice totals, and payment status confirmation.
2. Payment Security & Financial Data
Laksha Organics operates under a strict zero-knowledge architecture regarding financial credentials. All digital payments (UPI apps, RuPay, Visa, MasterCard, NetBanking, and Wallets) are processed through Razorpay, an RBI-authorized, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment aggregator.
Your credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, and banking PINs are encrypted end-to-end and transmitted directly to the gateway. Laksha Organics does not view, store, or log sensitive financial instruments on our systems.
3. Operational Data Sharing & Logistics
We share only essential fulfillment data with vetted operational partners strictly to deliver your orders:
- Courier Partners: Name, address, and mobile number are shared with registered carriers (ST Courier, Professional Courier, India Post) to print shipping labels and execute delivery.
- Transactional Notifications: WhatsApp and SMS gateway services are used solely to send order confirmations, dispatch receipts, and live tracking updates.
We will never sell, trade, rent, or distribute your personal details to third-party advertisers or lead brokers under any circumstance.
4. Cookies & Browser Local Storage
Our website uses lightweight session cookies and browser local storage strictly for functional purposes: keeping your shopping bag items persistent between page visits and maintaining authenticated customer sessions. We do not employ intrusive cross-site ad tracking scripts.
5. Your Rights & Data Rectification
You have the right to inspect, update, or request the deletion of your personal account information from our systems at any time. Simply contact our support team with your registered email and mobile number.

7. Request Data Deletion
