2. Product Descriptions & Natural Botanical Variations

We take utmost care to ensure all ingredient lists, pad dimensions, and manufacturing methods are accurately represented. Because our herbal bathing bars and hair oils are handcrafted using natural cold-pressed botanicals, wild herbs, and cured on wooden racks, slight variations in natural color, herbal scent intensity, and weight may occur across production batches.

Outer carton packaging graphics, fonts, or sticker layouts may also undergo slight periodic aesthetic updates without affecting underlying product ingredients, certifications, or quality.

3. Pricing & Payment Settlement

All prices displayed on the store are denominated in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). We reserve the right to decline orders in the event of clear typographical or pricing display errors.

Digital payments are securely captured in real-time via Razorpay. An order is confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment authorization.

4. Shipping, Doorstep Fulfillment & Plain Box Packaging

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Delivery across Tamil Nadu is scheduled for 24–48 hours, with 2–4 business days for major Indian metros, subject to courier transit conditions. All intimate personal care products are shipped in plain brown boxes to preserve customer discretion.

5. Hygiene Products Return Limitation

In compliance with sanitary health standards, opened or unsealed packs of sanitary napkins, washable period panties, soaps, and diapers cannot be returned or refunded once delivered. Free replacements are issued exclusively for verified transit damage or defective packaging reported within 48 hours of delivery as outlined in our Refund & Replacement Policy.
